Leadership
Vinh X. Nguyen is the founder of Aligned Intelligence Advisory. A former senior executive at the National Security Agency, he served as the Agency’s first Chief Responsible AI Officer and Chief Data Scientist for Operations, leading the integration of AI into intelligence and cybersecurity missions. He also served on the National Intelligence Council as the U.S. intelligence community’s most senior cyber analyst, advising the Director of National Intelligence on global cyber and technology threats. Drawing on decades of experience at the intersection of technology, policy, and national security, Mr. Nguyen now partners with executive leaders to secure and assure AI at its foundation, strengthening America’s security and competitiveness.
